Congratulations on promotion to our newest Cho Dans, Mr. Pettyjohn & Mr. Mason! We have more students preparing to go for their testing soon and they are training hard to get ready!
Get Ready: There is a new class offering! Soo Bahk Do for Seniors! Classes will be held at the Chancellor Community Center and are exclusively for adults 55+ years old. Class dates start May 4- May 27. Check with Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation to register. Its never too late to start your Martial Arts journey!

Topics included sparring applications of Pyung Ahn.

is July 16-18th and we are Excited! We have several students traveling to participate and they have worked hard to prepare for this event! Wish them well! We are looking forward to cheering them on and hearing about their experience!
