Get Ready: There is a new class offering! Soo Bahk Do for Seniors! Classes will be held at the Chancellor Community Center and are exclusively for adults 55+ years old. Class dates start May 4- May 27. Check with Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation to register. Its never too late to start your Martial Arts journey!

This year's clinic consisted of six instructional periods.
Participants had to be 8 years or older & a current or former student.
Registration fees facilitate more than costs, they are used to fund scholarships for further training
What are we up to?
Keep an eye: Red belt students are practicing hard for the next test. Cheer them on as a good number of them are working towards their Cho Dan!
Which form (Hyung) are you working on? Red belts should be polishing Na Han Chi Cho Dan, Chil Sun E Ro & Passai so they have some awesome demonstrations!
