At The Moment: Shim Sa kicked off with Dan & Ko Dan Ja clinic on fri 10/3 and taught connecting our roots to Kwon Bup and practicing Sip Dan Guem. Gup & Dan clinics were the next morning prior to The 156th Shim Sa hosted by Tidewater Soo Bahk Do!
Our Cho Dan candidates were amazing and did Spotsylvania Soo Bahk Do proud!

We are starting to prep for the Achey Breaky Mile November 22nd, Registration forms going out now and can be accessed here and should be completed or turned in by 10/31. This is a fun event for all ages to participate. Want to know more? Come join us!

Get Ready: Sa Dan & Sa Bom Nim testing in Baltimore Maryland starts Friday evening, November 14 with Moment with the Masters! This week of testing offers an opportunity to train alongside the field of Moo Duk Kwan® Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa candidates! As Always, We look forward to meeting up with old friends and making new ones!
