Get Ready: There is a new class offering! Soo Bahk Do for Seniors! Classes will be held at the Chancellor Community Center and are exclusively for adults 55+ years old. Class dates start May 4- May 27. Check with Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation to register. Its never too late to start your Martial Arts journey!

 Raymond HouptBu Sa Bom, Sa Dan: One way the metering team manager for Dominion Energy supports the community is through Knights of Columbus Council #4034 membership. With respect to Soo Bahk Do the Sa Dan candidate enjoys training together with peers and students and his goal is to go as far as possible. Some of the things he enjoys most about training are health and friendships. |  Midnight Blue BeltSoo Bahk Do practitioners who demonstrate proficiency in the art earn a midnight blue belt rather than black. This is to show that we are never finished learning. There are 10 levels of the Dan belt.  Bill SmithSam Dan Mr. Bill Smith has studied and taught Soo Bahk Do for over 10 years. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, serving from 1981-2001. Married for 31 years, Mr. Smith has 2 daughters, and two granddaughters. is July 16-18th and we are Excited! We have several students traveling to participate and they have worked hard to prepare for this event! Wish them well! We are looking forward to cheering them on and hearing about their experience!
